I haven't updated in awhile, so I thought I'd do that.

Honestly, nothing really is going on. Me and Manuel are doing great. Monday is our 6 month. We haven't fought (not anything more than play fighting at least) and we're just really happy together.

I'm still getting dirty looks from Alicia every once in awhile, but at least Alberto and Manuel don't have problems anymore. Manuel was sick of Alberto glaring at him, so he went and talked to him one day after work. Turns out, Alberto had been hearing that Manuel was talking shit. Not true, but they straigtened it out. I'm kinda thinking about doing the same thing, but I enjoy hatin' on Alicia too much! I know, that' wrong.

But other than that, nothing entertaining is happening. My classes aren't kicking my butt like people said they would be. Everything's good. I still hate Tammy Tuggle and Mrs. Nandamudi.

Don't you just love rumors? *sarcasm* I have to admit, I endulge in them sometimes. I've heard a couple in the past few days.

Well, the more serious of the two was the "shooter" that was at MHS today. Supposibly, there was a guy in the parking lot with guns, and he was waiting for the kids to get out so he could shoot us all. Turns out, there was no guy. Just a rumor!

The amusing one was about Alicia, Manuel's ex. I haven't ranted about her on here in awhile. Manuel was at work the other day and a differnt one of his ex's came in to eat. Her name is Jessica. He was talking to Jessica for a little while. Apparetnly, she has dance with Alicia. Manuel was saying something along the lines of "i bet she talks alot of shit about me." Jessica told him that she does, but it's not all bad. From what she said, Alicia says that Manuel is "good in bed." Manuel was suprised by that. Like he told Jessica, they never slept together. Jessica told him "well, she says that you knew how to please her." I laughed when I heard this. As long as Alicia stays away from my guy, she's fine. As long as she doesn't say anything to me about him, she's fine. But, if she says something to me, or to Catie, we'll have problems.

I realzed today (with the help of Britinee Anderson (sp?)) that you really don't know what you have until it's gone. I've learned that through band.

We used to complain about the directors we had.
We said Robinson was a controlling militant.
We said Walker had too many feminine issues.
We said Riser was bipolar.
We said Davis was a transvestite.
I said Gamble was a cherry that didn't know anything.
And countless things were said about Ross and Densmore.

Now, the band students that are trying to stick band out would do ANYTHING to have the directors back. We would have never done the things that have happened this year if the old directors were still here. If they had happened, it would have happened ONCE, then it would have stopped. Unfortunately, Tuggle doesn't exercise the control over the band that he should. And it's costing us. A 3....actually, a 3 3 4. That was our score at contest. I've NEVER seen scores like that in the high school band during the time i've been here. The last time I saw a 3 3 4 was in the honor band my 7th grade year. It hasn't happened since. I haven't seen anything worse than a 2 2 3 since then.

I'm disappointed to be in a band like ours this year. That's why solo and ensemble and all-region are important to me this year. I don't want the band as a whole over my last two years of high school to reflect me. I want to be able to say that even though I wasn't in a great band, I WAS a supierior player.

Hopefully, things will change. If not...i've only got another year and a half. I hope I can survive.

Hey Hey Hey. So, Allison told me that I needed to update. I really don't have anything to say.

I can't get out of band right now. That really sucks because the band is an embarassement to Marshall right now. It's just crappy. We don't even have all of the show on the field. We have a marching festival on Saturday after the Fire Ant Parade. Dr. Payne is one of the judges. So, Marshall is DEFINATELY getting 4's at best. It's going to be much gayness.

Well, school is gonna be out in like seven minutes or less and I don't know what to say right now. Also, I hate this keyboard, so adios!
